UK deliveries

All parcels will be delivered via DHL Express tracked and signed for service, aiming to have all parcels delivered in 1 - 2 working days.

EU deliveries

All of our parcels being delivered within the EU are sent via DHL Express Tracked and Signed service. Prices are ex import duties. Aiming to have all EU shipment's delivered in 3 - 5 working days. 

International deliveries

All of our international parcels will be delivered via DHL Express Tracked and Signed service. Prices are ex import duties. Aiming to have all international shipments delivered in 5 - 8 working days.

Online items - Returns & exchanges

We offer full refunds if an unwanted item is shipped within 14 days from when it was delivered to you.

Please request your return(s) by emailing studio@leaboberg.com and quote your order order number. We will send you a Return Form to fill out and pack with the item(s) in the order box.

We cannot supply a refund for any shipping costs involved in a return unless the garment was sent to the customer faulty or damaged by us

Made to Order items - Returns & exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from leaboberg.com. As Made-To-Order items specifically made for you, refunds & exchanges are unable to be given. 

Upon the first fitting Lea Boberg will provide complimentary alterations where necessary to achieve the intended fit, within reasonable limits of the original garment design.
